2008 into 2009 was a busy time for me, having entered a competition half-heartedly in September 2008, suddenly I was involved in a TV programme for the whole winter getting through all the stages to the final for an innovative chilled baby food based on porridge. A wonder food for everyone, but especially for babies this was a great project to work on from concept development right through to packaging design and production. Sadly OatyBoo didn’t win but it is in development since then and will hopefully come to fruition in 2010.

Wow, you’ve so many fingers in different pies, I don’t know how you keep up
It’s all connected though so it doesn’t feel like I’m juggling tons of things…the core principles are all around real food, locally sourced, simply prepared…et voila! Thanks for comment…and the pun!
