I am always thinking up new courses, and eventhough so many have been run since 2004 there seems to be an endless amount that I keep dreaming up. However if I have missed any subject matter that would interest you please feel free to post ideas on the comment form below. Courses run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, occasional Wednesday evenings, and most Saturdays. There is a very rare Sunday class if a long day is required for say specialist bread classes. would like basic skills,fish, pasta,vegetarian,chinese courses on saturdays. I work every second saturday and find your more interesting courses are on my saturdays due on!
