Co. Cork company Green Saffron is supplying their fantastic spices and blends into Tasteworks. This is a small family company who imports their whole spices, grinds them and sells them in pure form but also in these ingenious blends so that creating authentic tasting zingy Indian food becomes a doddle. Their website is fantastic too as it has lots of delicious recipes up on it and cooking tips too. The spices will be available from Thursday 12th November in our farm shop, and I will be using their spices on Wednesday night at an Indian cooking class, but it is fully booked.
