This is the new website for Tasteworks Cookery School in Leighlinbridge, Co. Carlow. I love to teach people not just cooking skills but also about food, ingredients, where food comes from, shopping choices and the impact of those choices. This is something I have always encorporated into my classes, but I felt it was  a good time to start to develop the concept of local food by growing as much as we can here on our own site. We have designed a great market garden which is in the early stages of development. The cookery school schedule has a class listing that I hope will inspire people and encourage home cooking as a hobby instead of a chore.
