A group of food producers have been working together with Kilkenny Enterprise Board for the last 8 months or so to develop new products. We will be launching them on Saturday at Castlecomer as part of the Savour Kilkenny Food Festival. There is a fantastic range of products from Goatsbridge Irish Trout, A Slice of Heaven, Two Little Chefs, Sowan’s Organic, Trevor Cunningham, Lavistown, Knockdrinna, Blackberry Cafe, Cramers Grove Ice-cream, Ann Neary Ryelands House, Tina Mosse, and moi! We are now all experts on all matters from concept, development, packaging, you name it, and the finale is looming…eek! Should be fun though. Roll on Saturday…
