Bob was here last December as part of a group of 8 International food & travel writers. I cooked lots of things, but sort of traditional Irish with a modern edge..ie there was no hairy bacon, grey boiled lamb, or gloopy vegetable soup…why on earth is that the sort of sludge that’s served up as “Traditional Irish Food” to so many poor unfortunate visitors? Anyway it was a fun day with lots of wine, mulled wine, and whiskey since they were on a bus tour…
